About the role
We have a 12-month fixed-term contract available for an experienced
Change Manager
to join our IT team, responsible for managing the daily lifecycle of IT changes, ensuring effective implementation and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of IT changes, from assessment to deployment.
Ensure changes meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize downtime and service impact.
Document change processes and maintain change register records.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar IT change manager role.
ITIL certification and demonstrated experience implementing ITIL-aligned change practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
