Solahart Darling Downs is a trusted provider of solar hot water, solar power, and battery solutions across the Toowoomba, Lockyer Valley, and Darling Downs region. We are seeking an experienced Administrative & Customer Support Officer to become a part of our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time role (Monday - Friday). You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, while also providing essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling inbound phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
* Coordinating customer bookings and scheduling installations/services
* Processing quotes, invoices, and customer documentation
* Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and email systems is required for managing customer documentation and business operations
* Assisting with government incentive paperwork (e.g. STCs)
* Supporting the sales team with lead follow-up and customer communications
* General office administration tasks to support daily business operations
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail is an absolute must
* Friendly, approachable, and passionate about great customer service
* Confident using computers and learning new systems
* Clean, tidy and professional appearance and manner
* Can do attitude
