Responsibilities
* Waiter is responsible for serving food and beverage services, whilst providing friendly service to maximise guest satisfaction, consistent with Hyatt International Standards. This can be achieved by being experienced and knowledgeable in fine dining and engaging our guests, providing a personal, attentive service in a professional, polite and courteous manner.
* Understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities and keep tables and dining areas clean, tidy, and well prepared for service and set for new diners.
* Work on a rotating roster; major shifts will be dinner service.
Qualifications
* Experience within a Food & Beverage environment of a similar standard.
* Team player, proactive in duties who strives for career progression.
* A genuine passion and keen interest in the hospitality industry.
* Great communication skills with a strong work ethic.
* Good knowledge of wines and other beverages.
* Well‐presented and professional.
* Current NSW RSA Certificate.
