We're exclusively partnering with a well-established enterprise software company based in Melbourne's South East to find a talented .NET Developer who's ready to hit the ground running.

Think intricate business workflows, approval processes, and enterprise-grade ERP systems used across multiple markets. The work is interesting, the codebase is substantial, and the team actually enjoys what they do.

You'll be involved across the full stack, participating in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline work, and supporting continuous improvement of the development practice. The team will invest in bringing you up to speed on HTMX (so prior experience isn't essential - a willingness to learn is).
What you'll be doing
* Designing, building, testing and maintaining .NET applications within a complex enterprise environment
* Writing clean, well-documented code and participating in code reviews to uphold team standards
* Collaborating with business analysts and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
* Working across MS SQL - including stored procedures and database design
* Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps workflows
* Picking up front-end work using HTMX (training provided)
* Communicating clearly on project status, roadblocks, and progress
What we're looking for
* 3–5 years of solid .NET development experience (C#)
* Exposure to enterprise or ERP-level applications - you understand that business logic can be genuinely complex
* Strong MS SQL skills, including stored procedures
* Familiarity with Azure
* Some front-end experience or exposure - HTMX a bonus, but not required
* A genuine full-stack mindset - you're happy to work across layers
* Attitude above all else - you're a team player, solutions-focused, and adaptable
* Willingness to learn and pick things up quickly
* IT degree or equivalent practical experience

If you're looking for remote flexibility, this probably isn't for you right now - the role is 5 days on-site and the client values in-person collaboration.
