About the Role
CSR is looking for a practical, solutions‑focused Technical Account Manager to drive the adoption of Hebel, our innovative and sustainable building solution, across Western Australia. This hands‑on role involves working out on customer sites, training installers and contractors, solving technical challenges on‑site and helping customers get the most out of Hebel.
Key Responsibilities
- On‑Site Support & Training: Deliver hands‑on training to installers and contractors, ensuring correct installation and product use.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with builders and trades, offering practical advice and technical support.
- Site Visits & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met and support warranty documentation.
- Problem Solving: Be the go‑to person for resolving installation issues and providing real‑time solutions on‑site.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product enhancements and industry trends, especially in facade systems and sustainable building.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
About You
- Hold a current Building License or a recognized Construction Trade qualification.
- Hands‑on experience in building, facades, or construction.
- Comfortable working on‑site and solving practical challenges.
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Keen to share knowledge and train others.
- Passionate about quality, safety, and building innovation.
