Senior ICT Technical Support Specialist
The role of Senior ICT Technical Support Specialist is critical to the smooth operation of our office. As a key member of the End User Computing Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to all staff.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing onsite and remote technical assistance for all EUC infrastructure, including laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
* Supporting products such as Windows 11, Citrix, Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Teams.
You will also be responsible for managing and distributing the physical ICT laptop and desktop fleet, updating asset registers, and maintaining ServiceNow records.
Additionally, you will provide support for assistive technologies and unified communication equipment, including video conferencing and Microsoft Teams.
Coordinating office refits and relocation of end-user hardware will also be an essential part of your role.
You will work closely with the EUC Applications Team on desktop management tasks, such as Group Policy, application patching, deployment, and management.
Effective ticket queue monitoring, triage, and prompt accurate handling using ServiceNow are also essential aspects of this position.
Finally, you will be responsible for supporting end users utilizing Citrix and Microsoft Virtual Desktops (cloud-based or on-premise) and administering them using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager or Microsoft Intune.
