Responsibilities
* Act as a bridge between business and technology to deliver effective solutions.
* Enhance systems and streamline data access for strategic decision-making.
* Contribute to data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
* Manage and prioritise change requests across the Pronto ERP system.
* Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution objectives.
* Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams.
* Analyse and model business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
* Support solution design and implementation across multiple departments.
* Drive integration, reporting, and evolution of the enterprise data warehouse.
Qualifications
* A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT environments, preferably in the mining, resources, or industrial sectors.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP), including process analysis, configuration support, and stakeholder engagement.
* Exposure to data warehouse projects, including involvement in data analysis, integration and reporting requirements.
* Experience in business process mapping (e.g., BPMN) and requirements gathering techniques.
