Hourly rate range: $70-$90 per hour + super (depending on experience). Drive end-to-end procurements (ICT / construction / services) that enable critical government programs and deliver value for the public. Hybrid working available, supportive leadership, and a clear, outcomes-focused workload.
Duties
* Lead end-to-end tender processes (RFT/RFQ) from approach to contract execution
* Draft high-quality procurement documentation (RFT packs, evaluation reports, approvals)
* Partner with SMEs, finance, legal, probity and security to keep delivery moving
* Ensure full compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and internal governance
Skills & Experience
* Strong background managing strategic/complex procurements (ICT and/or construction highly regarded)
* Sound knowledge of government procurement frameworks and best-practice process
* Confident stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Highly organised, detail-focused, able to run multiple procurements to tight timeframes
