Transformational Engineering Leadership Opportunity
This key role offers a unique ground floor leadership opportunity to drive innovation and growth within an engineering design-construct business as it transitions from R&D into implementation and expansion.
The ideal candidate will be enthused by the prospect of contributing to real solutions that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and bring evolutionary new mining equipment into critical minerals.
A robust execution plan is in place to achieve a significant turnover, with opportunities for growth and expansion beyond.
This role requires a motivated individual who can work closely with the founding director to achieve a successful transformation. The successful candidate will be expected to become fully autonomous, initially working from home before establishing an engineering project office in the Hunter region.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling the leader to influence at C-suite level and build trusted relationships with engineering personnel, suppliers, and contract specialists.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5-10 years of engineering leadership experience, preferably with expertise in bulk materials and beneficiation plant construction/maintenance on mine-sites.
Deliverables-centric systems mindset, results-driven approach, quality stakeholder engagement, and a passion for building an aspirational culture are highly valued.
