Job Description
This role is accountable for maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing order management and ensuring exceptional service delivery every day.
* Provide superior service and support to customers.
* Manage incoming orders, product inquiries and customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
* Conduct outbound calls to promote weekly and daily product specials.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to assist with account management and product promotions.
