Location and Employment Details

* Casual position
* Pay rate – $36.05 per hour + superannuation
* Not for profit employer, so you pay less tax
We're excited to grow our team at Villa Maria Unanderra. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night throughout the week.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing.
* Supporting day‐to‐day tasks such as eating and social activities.
* Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.
* Maintaining documentation and collaborating with the team to optimise residents' health and wellbeing.
* Providing high-quality service to families and the community.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
* Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
* Good communication skills.
* A reliable team player.
* Understanding of workplace health and safety.
* A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent).
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
