Role The relevant role is a 4-month contract Site Manager need, with the possibility of a permanent role on offer, and involves delivering a live $40M High-End Apartment site in Toorak. Responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractors and trades Creating a 4-week look ahead program Quality assurance and OH&S Resolving disputes that may arise on-site Requirements Site Manager experience delivering a luxury High-End Residential/Apartment project for a headcontractor Proven Site Manager track record handing over project to completion Proficient with Procore and 1breadcrumb Strong interpersonal and communication skills Immediate availability or on short notice Interested?
