Warehouse & Customer Service Role – Forklift Essential
Full‐time position based at our store in Coffs Harbour – NSW. Monday to Friday 7am–3pm, with overtime available. Requires a forklift licence, relevant experience, valid driver's licence and forklift licence.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service for all customers (walk‐in, email, phone).
* Assist in day‐to‐day activities within the store.
* Process orders, invoices and payments.
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising.
* Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Perform warehouse operations such as picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
* Assist with deliveries when required.
Qualifications
* Forklift licence and relevant experience are essential.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Strong work ethic.
* Approachable, confident, and well‐presented when interacting with customers.
* Excellent customer‐service and communication skills.
* Experience in a fast‐paced and busy environment.
* Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
* Willingness to learn about products and services.
