About the Role
We're looking for a Group Franchise Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Office Team. This is a senior leadership role with national impact, leading a team of Franchise Relationship Managers (FRMs) and driving performance, capability and consistency across the Quest franchise network.
You'll play a key role in supporting franchise partners to achieve strong commercial outcomes, enhancing operational excellence, and strengthening relationships across a growing portfolio.
Responsibilities
Leading, coaching and developing a geographically dispersed team of Franchise Relationship Managers to deliver high performance and strong engagement.
Driving revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence across the franchise network through effective use of Quest's Business Format Franchise Model.
Overseeing franchisee business planning and annual budget processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Monitoring financial and operational performance, analysing KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Acting as an escalation point for underperformance or non-compliance, supporting resolution and protecting brand standards.
Building strong, trusted relationships with franchise partners and influencing positive business outcomes.
Coordinating key communications and engagement across the franchise network, including forums, advisory councils and performance reviews.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR and legal to support franchise success.
Qualifications
Significant experience in a senior operational leadership role within franchising, hospitality or a multi-site environment.
Proven experience leading teams across multiple locations and driving commercial performance improvements.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on business metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences.
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complexity.
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong emotional intelligence.
