Housekeeping Supervisor
Salary: $71,500 to $79,000 annually. Location: Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort and Spa, Mitre St, Port Douglas QLD 4877. Contract: Permanent Full‐time.
Responsibilities
* Support and coordinate the housekeeping team's daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.
* Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences.
* Efficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution.
* Ensure safety standards are met, monitor labour costs, and conduct daily room inspections for quality assurance.
Qualifications
* Sharp eye for detail and previous leadership experience in housekeeping.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‐management skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
* The ability to think on your feet and keep operations running smoothly throughout the day.
* High standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance.
* Willingness to lead the team and work alongside them to ensure their success.
* Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
