Mercer Mooney is one of Western Australia\'s leading fresh produce businesses, supplying major retailers, wholesalers and export markets. Operating from our modern distribution centre and packing facilities, we manage complex supply chains across fresh produce categories including apples, citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit. We are seeking motivated and capable individuals to join our operations team in a variety of logistics and supply chain roles.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating daily warehouse and distribution activities
* Supervising warehouse and logistics staff
* Managing equipment availability and maintenance schedules
* Forklift fleet management and compliance
* Inventory and packaging control
* Liaising with transport providers and customers
* Monitoring operational performance and productivity
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensuring workplace safety and operational compliance
About You
To be successful, you will possess:
* A current Forklift Licence (essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and hands-on approach
* The ability to work in a fast-moving operational environment
* Sound computer skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, transport or supply chain operations
Experience in fresh produce, FMCG, distribution centres or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
Working Hours
These positions involve early starts, with operations typically commencing from 5:00am – 6:00am. Flexibility is required to support the operational needs of the business.
