Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end sales process from listing to settlement
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct open homes, property appraisals, and private inspections
* Negotiate and close deals with confidence and integrity
* Work closely with marketing and admin teams to ensure seamless transactions
About You
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
* Proven track record in residential property sales
* Strong knowledge of the local property market
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work autonomously
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
