The Harvey Norman Mornington Electrical Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have a variety of different tasks, including but not limited to; Sales and customer service, merchandising, following up on orders, maintaining a clean work environment, stocking shelves,
To be successful you must:
· Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
· Available to work weekends and late nights with flexibility throughout the busy retail trade periods.
· Have a good level of computer skills, using POS systems.
· Have a high attention to detail.
· Enjoy working in a team workplace.
What we require:
· Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business.
· Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
· Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving.
· Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate
services
· Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets & KPI’s.
· A high level of Electrical product knowledge such as small home appliances, Whitegoods, TV’s & Audio. Preferred but not essential.
