Key Responsibilities:
* Listen and understand the needs of consumers to deliver exceptional care
* Follow care plans under the direction of a registered nurse to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Record consumer outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement cycles to enhance services
* Build relationships with families and stakeholders to improve life for consumers in care
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
* A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care is required
* Minimum 12 months working experience in an Aged Care facility is necessary
* Candidates must be customer-focused with a passion for working in Aged Care
* Excellent attention to detail, honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential
