About the Role
You'll be working across a range of shutdowns and project‐based work throughout Bluescope Steel, contributing to maintenance and improvements within a large‐scale industrial environment. Every project brings new challenges, new teams, and valuable experience.

* Pay: $47.18 per hour + Super + Overtime
* Project shifts up to 12 hour days – 6 days per week

What You'll Bring
* Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade
* Confined Space Ticket (preferred)
* Working at Heights Ticket (preferred)

This is a great entry into Ventia – one of Australia's largest essential infrastructure providers in Australia and New Zealand. For more than 20 years, Ventia has had a longstanding relationship with BlueScope in the Illawarra region of NSW, providing plant maintenance, engineering and project services and a skilled workforce for numerous BlueScope projects, as well as fabrication facilities. We have recently renewed our contract with BlueScope for maintenance services with the addition of fire services at BlueScope's Port Kembla Steel Works.
