Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator – All In

We're seeking a Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator to grow All In's prevention work with early childhood and community partners across NSW.

About WAGEC

The Women's and Girls' Emergency Centre (WAGEC) is a non‑government, not‑for‑profit, charitable organisation that supports clients in crisis and advocates for social change in the community. We work across Sydney on the lands of the Gadigal, Wangal and Dharug people of the Eora Nation, and our prevention activities extend across many Aboriginal nations and language groups. We seek always to work respectfully in partnership with communities and in accordance with local protocols.

For over 45 years we have been doing this work in partnership with community, business and government stakeholders. Every night, we support 200 clients impacted by homelessness, domestic violence and systemic disadvantage. Equally, we seek to address the underlying causes of gender‑based violence through primary prevention activities to end gender‑based violence in a generation.

Program Overview – All In

All In is a multi‑year primary prevention of gender‑based violence program that works directly with adults. All In contributes to the primary prevention of gender‑based violence in NSW through delivering gender equality and respectful relationships education to influential adults in early childhood education and community settings.

The All In program is a major strategic and policy initiative funded and endorsed by NSW Government under the Pathways to Prevention Strategy 2024‑2028.

The Role – Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator

The Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating partnerships and relationships in support of the expansion of the All In Program across early childhood and community settings.

Key responsibilities include engaging and onboarding new early childhood education and care (ECEC) centres and OOSH providers and community‑based organisations such as playgroups, local government bodies and organisations funded under Pathways to Prevention that are leading prevention efforts in their cohort/community setting. The Coordinator builds, nurtures and maintains high‑quality engagement with existing partners and provides coordinated wraparound support.

Reporting to the All In Program Manager, the Coordinator works closely with programme staff to meet partnership programme objectives and provide support to centres and cohorts across the state. This is a full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term role with a view to extend. Option to be based in Redfern, or work remotely from Regional NSW.

Some travel required throughout NSW.

Core Responsibilities

* Coordinate outreach, engagement, and onboarding of ECEC centres and community organisations into the All In Program.
* Manage partner engagement and satisfaction by tracking feedback, addressing risks, and ensuring wraparound support.
* Analyze partnership data to share insights and develop systems that enhance programme delivery.
* Maintain accurate partnership records, track KPIs and prepare reports to support strategic alignment and compliance.
* Contribute to WAGEC's overall culture and impact.

About You

* Proven experience engaging, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and managing a portfolio of partners.
* Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to resolve issues and support stakeholder satisfaction.
* Experience coordinating multiple tasks, competing priorities, and projects in programme development or social initiatives.
* Experience developing systems and processes to support programme outcomes.
* Experience tracking engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
* Experience analysing and applying sector insights to improve programme delivery.
* Familiarity with diversity and inclusion principles.
* Demonstrated understanding of Primary Prevention and evidence‑based prevention practice.
* Knowledge of gender equity, family violence prevention, ECEC, and related frameworks.
* Understanding of systemic inequalities and approaches to embed intersectionality in primary prevention practice.
