Network Operations Specialist
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to our clients across various locations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The key responsibilities include:
* Supporting Neighbourhoods at any given time, covering planned leave or providing additional support as needed.
* Coordinating requests, concerns, and inquiries from internal and external customers.
* Managing rosters, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation as required.
* Organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparations.
