Job Summary:
Providing Support and Care to Seniors
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Employee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors living in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
As a Home Care Employee, your primary responsibility will be to provide support and care to clients in their homes. This may include providing domestic assistance, social support, transportation, meal preparation, personal care, and medication services.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized plans to meet those needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or a related field, and have current first aid and CPR qualifications. You must also have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
