Role Overview
Direct to Consumer (DTC) Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion through data‐led initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns across TV, OOH, Website, Digital, Emails, Customer Journeys, Sponsorships and other channels.
* Support end‐to‐end campaign delivery from briefing and asset creation to launch, optimisation and reporting.
* Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
* Manage and update website content, landing pages, and assets to support campaigns and customer journeys.
* Create and publish digital content across owned channels including website and emails.
* Support copywriting for digital assets such as emails and web content.
* Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms; monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, lead generation and ROI.
* Identify trends, insights and opportunities to improve performance through testing and optimisation (e.g., A/B testing).
* Use marketing platforms and tools (e.g., marketing automation, CMS) to support campaign delivery and reporting.
* Maintain best practice in data accuracy, tracking and compliance.
* Ensure all marketing materials comply with TGA (Australia) and ASA Therapeutic Code (NZ) regulations, as well as internal processes.
* Maintain accurate documentation for approvals and audits.
* Collaborate with advertising companies to book media and advertising opportunities.
* Work closely with global and APAC teams to localise creative assets for the product range.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or consumer health product management, medical devices or pharma, with a proven track record from concept development to launch.
* Data‐driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Proactive, hands‐on approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
* Experience with CRM or marketing software (e.g., HubSpot or Marketing Cloud).
* Ability to interpret and act on analytics insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
* Creative skills for developing engaging content, including copywriting and design briefing.
* Ability to work effectively in cross‐functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the relevant market space, competitor offerings and industry trends is advantageous.
* Knowledge of the major healthcare systems in ANZ is advantageous.
* Sound project management skills are advantageous.

Travel Required: 0‐5%
Experience and Education: Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
