**Two Temporary, Full-time Opportunities; up to 3 months**
**Clerk Grade 1/2 -**$75,728 - $82,329 p.a.**+ superannuation and annual leave loading**
**Your role**
- As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact with our clients at our Community Services Centre's or Service Hub's, providing quality administrative services to our local offices.
- Provide customer service, reception duties, answering telephones and responding to referrals.
- Support the caseworker teams with administrative duties with a focus on customer service.
- Entering accurate data onto DCJ systems, maintaining records management systems, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide secretarial support to group supervision and meetings while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain records and arranging services such as dispatching mail and courier services, office repairs, vehicle management, arranging cleaning, and ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Promote and foster compliance with DCJ policies, procedures and systems.
**What we're looking for**
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high customer services.
- An ability to deal with completing priorities and deadlines while achieving accurate, quality and timely administrative services.
- Provide quality clerical support to the caseworker team prioritising team demands to support client families.
- Strong commitment to team work to and support the local office's
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
