Role Overview
Podium Australia is moving faster than ever - and this role exists to make sure the Marketing team move at the same pace. As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be the engine behind a high‐performing AU Marketing team: shaping the systems, AI workflows, and attribution tools that let great ideas get to market quickly and consistently.
This is a role for someone who lives at the intersection of marketing strategy and technology. You'll own the infrastructure that powers our campaigns – from automation platforms and lifecycle execution to AI tooling and data workflows – and you'll be the person who spots an inefficiency and builds the fix. You'll work locally and globally, building cross‐departmental relationships that turn complexity into clarity and helping the team do their best work.

What You Will Be Doing
* Architect and deploy AI‐powered workflows that meaningfully increase the team's output – automating repetitive tasks and accelerating campaign execution.
* Build and maintain a suite of automated and self‐serving reporting tools.
* Continuously evaluate emerging AI and automation tools, translating findings into team‐wide practices, communicating and ensuring alignment across departments.
* Lead hands‐on AI upskilling for the team – workshops, documentation, and coaching as required that builds genuine capability, not just awareness.
* Own campaign attribution and technical operations across all Marketing and lifecycle channels, including automated workflows and CRM/MAP integration.
* Partner with marketing team members to identify pain points and resolve them with process redesign and tool automation.
* Build and maintain self‐serve reporting mechanisms that enable the business to measure and analyse campaign performance independently.
* Create standardised, reusable program templates that let the team move fast without sacrificing consistency or quality.
* Work closely with AU and US GTM Ops, Data Science, and Business Applications to execute strategic system projects.
* Collaborate with global Marketing Operations to ensure AU systems are aligned with, and contributing to, broader Podium infrastructure.
What You Should Have
* Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a demonstrated track record of using AI tools in your day‐to‐day work.
* Experience designing or deploying AI‐assisted workflows, or automation pipelines in a marketing context.
* Solid understanding of a B2B SaaS marketing function, funnel, and digital marketing strategies.
* Marketing Automation expertise, ideally Marketo and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with strong CRM/MAP sync knowledge.
* Data‐driven mindset with strong analysis and reporting skills; comfortable with SQL basics and building data visualisations.
* Deep understanding of marketing operations for B2B SaaS: lead generation, lead routing, and database management.
* Sharp eye for process design and optimisation – you diagnose system issues and build lasting fixes, not workarounds.
Highly Regarded
* Experience building internal AI capability – running training sessions, creating enablement materials, or leading AI adoption programs.
* Familiarity with LLM tools and AI‐native platforms integrated into marketing workflows.
* Lifecycle management experience across multiple channels, including A/B testing and campaign analysis.
* Experience in a high‐growth, fast‐paced SaaS environment where speed and adaptability matter.
