Key Role Summary
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Customer Success Managers by monitoring contract expiration and termination information. This includes generating contracts, submitting them to customers for signature through defined processes, engaging clients to request contract signatures, respond to questions, and resolve issues.
* Contract Management: Generate contracts, submit them to customers for signature, and process completed contracts through order management to ensure no disruption of service.
* Customer Engagement: Engage clients to request contract signatures, respond to questions, and resolve issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Education: A bachelor's degree in a related business field or equivalent work experience is required.
* Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales/customer support is preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
