Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available within a boutique, high-performing real estate office in Rooty Hill area. This is a hands-on junior-to-mid level role working directly alongside an experienced Sales Director, supporting both buyer management and listing preparation in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role has become available due to a team member moving on to start their own business.

Key Responsibilities

* Buyer management and follow-ups
* Warm and cold calling
* Open home callbacks and enquiry management
* Preparing open home packs and listing materials
* Supporting property presentation and pre-sale preparation
* Assisting with photoshoots and property "hand-holding"
* Supporting post-sale settlement process
* Preparing agency agreements and listing documentation
* Managing live listings and database updates
* Handling email enquiries
* Assisting with and running open homes
* Learning prospecting and listing support over time

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

* Supporting active property campaigns from launch to settlement
* Managing buyer communication and enquiry pipelines
* Assisting with administration and marketing preparation
* Working closely with the Director on live listings
* Gaining exposure to both listing and buyer sides of real estate

About You

* Approximately 12 months real estate experience preferred
* Current Certificate of Registration (COR) essential
* Valid driver's licence and reliable car required
* Confident communicator comfortable with phone-based work
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn both sides of the business
* Able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Package

* Salary up to $70,000 + commission (based on experience)
* Ongoing training and mentorship directly from a Sales Director
* Strong exposure to both listings and buyer management
* Career development within a high-performing office
