We are currently seeking recruiting for an experienced operations candidate to lead the quarry team as a Quarry Manager based at our Red Hill Quarry, WA.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Aggregates, this role is a multi‐faceted role leading the quarry operations and overseeing the daily management, production, health & safety, operational development, and financial activities.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage people while bringing the team along the journey to successfully achieve goals.
* Make business decisions that impact overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets/KPIs, financial planning, business development, and managing costs within budget.
* Manage daily operations, responsible for quarry development, environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules.
* Focus on continuing our approach to environmental improvement and maintaining our reputation within the industry as a responsible and industry leader.
* Bring a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others.

* Ability to support continuous improvement across quarry operations to establish good performance through insight and innovative planning.
* Strong leadership mentality with a demonstrated track record in delivering transformational change within a dynamic business organisation.
* Capability to deliver exceptional negotiation and influencing skills when interacting with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders.
