Podiatry Receptionist / Administrator | Casual or Part-Time | Scarborough, WA
Doubleview Podiatry is a modern, patient‐centred clinic minutes from Scarborough Beach. We're a small, welcoming team committed to delivering outstanding care and bringing the same energy to how we support our staff. We're looking for a warm, professional, and motivated person to be the face of our clinic.
Responsibilities
* Greeting patients and managing front‐desk operations
* Booking and scheduling appointments
* Handling phone enquiries and providing exceptional patient service
* Operating practice management software and maintaining patient records
* Processing Medicare, DVA, and private health insurance claims (Tyro)
* Managing practitioner‐patient correspondence and referrals
* Sterilisation of medical equipment and maintaining sterilisation logging
* Maintaining clinic cleanliness and hygiene (clinical / reception areas only)
* Assisting with social media content as directed
Qualifications
* Experience in a medical, allied health, or customer‐facing administrative role
* Comfortable with HICAPS, EFTPOS, and practice management software (or eager to learn)
* Warm communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people
* Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, or EPC billing is a bonus, not a requirement
