We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Payroll team in our Fremantle office. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in payroll processing and administrative tasks that support accurate and timely payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Creating and maintaining employee records
* Monitoring the payroll inbox and responding to internal and external queries in a timely manner
* Process end-to-end weekly payrolls ensuring compliance is maintained
* Calculate and process payments in accordance with the relevant legislation and Awards, Agreements, and contracts of employment
* Assist with the maintenance of the payroll and timekeeping software
* Reconcile and process payments of Superannuation, PAYG and Payroll Tax
* Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly payroll reporting for internal divisions
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes
About You
* 2-3 years' experience in a payroll or equivalent role
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
* Experience in the interpretation and application of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
* Use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
* Previous experience with UKG, desirable
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
