Cyber Security Project Manager | Hobart | 12-Month Contract We're seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to join a leading Tasmanian organisation on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension and potential for a permanent opportunity. This is a newly created role focused on delivering cyber security, operational technology (OT), and critical infrastructure uplift initiatives across a complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of cyber security and OT projects Drive security governance, remediation, and process improvement initiatives Develop engineering standards and operational frameworks Improve logging, access controls, and password management practices Build business cases and support cyber security investment decisions Manage project risks, reporting, stakeholders, and governance About You Proven experience delivering Cyber Security projects Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) or critical infrastructure environments Strong understanding of security governance, risk, and compliance Experience developing operational processes, standards, and frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to influence outcomes across both technical and business teams Desirable Experience Experience within utilities, energy, critical infrastructure, or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded. This position is to be based in Hobart, with 3 days on site per week.
