Main responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, and onboarding skilled blue-collar talent to support operations and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job briefings to interviewing and qualification verification.
* Coordinate pre-employment requirements, such as medicals and police checks.
* Maintain stakeholder relationships, providing regular recruitment updates to managers.
* Create and maintain talent pools for hard-to-fill roles.
* Deliver timely onboarding for new starters, including PPE ordering and workplace induction scheduling.
* Provide strategic sourcing advice and labour market insights to leaders.
* Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reporting tools.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated recruitment experience in a construction environment, with a proven background in high-volume blue-collar recruitment and additional experience recruiting white-collar roles.
