About The Team

The unit supports the prevocational and junior medical workforce through coordination of rotations, and compliance with the new two-year prevocational training program.
In addition, the MWU provides high-level administrative coordination, reporting, and governance support to clinical departments and MHHS executive leadership. The team partners closely with People and Culture, clinical leaders, specialist colleges, regulatory bodies, and external agencies to ensure timely, reliable, and compliant workforce processes.
