Key responsibilities
* Achieving sales targets as determined by the Sales Manager (weekend work required)
* Delivering an exceptional end‐to‐end customer experience
* Supporting project launches in partnership with Sales and Marketing
* Managing client enquiries and sales pipeline through Salesforce
* Maintaining strong knowledge of market conditions and competitors
* Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external agents
* Ensuring display suites reflect Mirvac's premium brand and standard
Key requirements
* Current Real Estate Licence
* Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
* Proven experience in property sales (apartment sales highly regarded)
* Robust communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* High attention to detail and customer‐first mindset
