We’re inviting applications to join our permanent workforce in Richmond, Sydney as an Asset Data Officer.
Downer is a leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zeland.
Responsibilities
* Managing, validating, and updating asset register data in accordance with Defence requirements.
* Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and synchronisation of asset data with Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).
* Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to verify and integrate asset data for estate works, maintenance, and project delivery.
* Providing asset data advice and support to project teams and subcontractors.
* Supporting continuous improvement in asset data management processes and tools.
Qualifications
* Certificate III/IV in Business or Data Management.
* Qualifications or experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Financial Data Management.
* White Card and site access credentials (desirable).
* Demonstrated experience in asset data maintenance, administration, or database management.
