We are partnering with a global leader in digital infrastructure and data centres, and we are urgently searching for a proactive and highly organised Workplace/Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a vibrant, on-site corporate workplace. This role is on-site requirement, 5 days a week – ideal for someone who is hands‐on, delivering an outstanding employee and visitor experience across workplace operations, hospitality, events, safety, and procurement support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day operations of a large workplace or hub, ensuring Operational Excellence standards are consistently met.
* Support the planning and delivery of on-site events that foster engagement, inclusion and a strong sense of community.
* Assistance to the Welcome Desk as required, including visitor sign-in and badging.
* Work closely with internal teams and vendors, assisting with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and operational services to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.
* Coordinate facilities and workplace activities, including vendors and service providers.
About You
* 3+ years' experience in workplace or facilities coordination preferably in a large hub environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with varied stakeholders.
* Proactive, self‐starting and comfortable taking direction while working independently.
* Confident escalating issues appropriately and speaking up when something doesn't look right.
