What's the role?
As part of the GR&A; Regulatory Reporting team, you'll work with experts in financial and statutory reporting to strengthen Westpac's control environment by improving policies, processes and standards. You'll provide insights that help leaders make informed decisions and build strong relationships across the business. You'll work across business units, lead reporting improvements, and help shape how we meet regulatory requirements. This full-time role is based in our Sydney office and sits within the Finance Division.
What do I need?
- A background in finance or accounting (CA/CPA preferred)
- Experience presenting financial and regulatory insights to stakeholders
- Strong grasp of financial concepts and business performance drivers
- Confidence working with data, reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and critical thinking skills
