The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the engine room of our service activities. Your day-to-day will involve:
Resource Scheduling: Coordinating technicians and subcontractors to sites efficiently.
Logistics Management: Overseeing incoming and outgoing stock to ensure project readiness.
Client Liaison: Acting as a professional point of contact and managing facility-focused documentation.
Project Administration: Maintaining accurate project files and operational data.
Operational Support: Assisting the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Ideally, you bring:
Relevant Experience: A background in Building Services, Fire, Electrical, or Physical Technology services.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in contract management software (experience with simPRO is a major advantage).
