About the Role
We are assisting a leading semiconductor company in Adelaide to find an experienced Analog IC Designer to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on cutting‐edge silicon products, collaborating with cross‐functional teams to deliver high‐performance analog and mixed‐signal designs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop analog and mixed‐signal circuit blocks, including amplifiers, regulators, PLLs, ADCs/DACs, and reference circuits
* Create and optimise schematics for high‐performance, production‐ready designs
* Perform circuit simulations, analysis, and validation across all process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) corners
* Collaborate with layout, verification, and system teams to ensure seamless integration into larger SoC designs
* Troubleshoot and debug designs in collaboration with the wider engineering team
* Stay up‐to‐date with analog design methodologies, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in analog/mixed‐signal IC design for ASICs or SoCs
* Strong experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE)
* Familiarity with process design kits (PDKs) and semiconductor design flows
* Excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross‐functional teams
