We're a youth marketing agency based in Sydney that run brand activations at universities across Australia. We're looking for experienced Event Managers based in Adelaide to join our team and work across a variety of dates in January – March 2026 for O Week campaigns. This is a casual role and there may be other opportunities that arise later in the year.
Skills & experience:
Required -
* Previous event management experience
* Full driver's license
* Experience and confidence driving vans/small trucks
Favourable (not essential) -
* Valid RSA
* Experience in managing teams
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination:
* Drive a delivery van (box truck in some instances) to manage set transportation to and from site locations.
* Pack the vehicle with set items and giveaways, ensuring safety protocol is always followed.
* Facilitate set up and pack down of set items on site.
Team Leadership:
* Manage and lead a team of up to five brand ambassadors.
* Delegate tasks, provide clear instructions and ensure effective communication to achieve event objectives.
* Manage breaks and foster a positive work environment.
Risk Management:
* Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during the execution of events.
* Coordinate with relevant authorities, security personnel, and emergency services, if necessary.
Evaluation and Reporting:
* Keep an accurate count of stock/KPIs.
* Take photos throughout the event to send to Campus Group.
* Conduct post-event surveys daily to assess the success of the event, report on KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
