Our shared values are Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious and Courageous.About the roleThe Social Media and Content Coordinator is responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms and digital channels.
This role owns CPA's social and content strategy to grow brand awareness and generate high quality leads.Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):Partner with marketing business teams to develop creative content that drives interest and lead generation across service areas.Collaborate with service teams to uncover and share impactful client success stories.Own and manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.Provide guidance to stakeholders across the organisation on social media strategy and best practices.Create and deliver organic content tailored to each service stream and business unit.Align content with brand voice and organisational goals while staying current with digital trends.About you:3+ years' experiencemanaging multiple social media accounts in medium to large organisations.A qualification in communications or equivalent industry experience.Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement.Strong skills inMeta Business Suite, Brandwatch, Canva and all major social platforms.A passion for storytelling and a collaborative spirit.Working for CPA offers you exceptional remuneration & benefits:Access to a tax-free meal, entertainment & venue benefit card valued at $2,650 per yearFlexible ways of working - compressed hours, working from home options, flexibility surrounding hours12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave3 additional leave days each year (conditions apply)$100 per year well-being allowance that you can use to enhance your wellbeing (eg: purchase sports equipment, have a massage, take a meditation class, the choice is yours)Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness PassportEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Employee Referral Bonus Program, where you can be generously rewarded for referring a friend that joins CPA.Important information :At CPA the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance.
