Business Development Manager - Fleet

* Base salary $140,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Auto B2B Sales, the role requires a commercially savvy, client-focused sales professional with a proactive and innovative mindset.

* Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from new and existing B2B fleet clients.
* Establish, manage, and enhance operational-level relationships with key accounts at both national and state levels.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated client solutions.
* Lead end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on delivering high-value service.
* Conduct regular account reviews and client meetings to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
* Represent the brand at networking events, industry functions, and key stakeholder meetings.

About you

* 10+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the automotive, aftermarket, or related industry.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to achieve growth targets.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
