The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client experience throughout the pre‐construction and construction phases of our projects.

This is a highly rewarding role for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional client experiences while coordinating projects and managing stakeholder relationships within the residential building industry. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through building approvals, documentation, selections, and pre‐start activities while coordinating with local authorities, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Scope of Work

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process.
* Coordinate planning approvals, building approvals, and service connection applications to ensure projects progress in accordance with agreed timelines.
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
* Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, applications, and approvals.
* Conduct client consultations and provide timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate quotations, reports, surveys, engineering documentation, and other project‐related requirements.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and client experience outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, company policies, and HSEQ standards.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and key stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
* Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and customer service.
* Undertake training and professional development activities as required.

Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in client liaison, contracts administration, project coordination, or a similar administrative role within residential construction or a related industry.
* A Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Building and Construction, or a related discipline is desirable.
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing, reviewing, and managing project documentation.
* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgement within the scope of the role.
