POSITION PURPOSE As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving overall store and team performance by creating an exceptional customer experience, fostering a strong sales attitude, and promoting a people-first culture focused on succession and retention. As an Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities include: PEOPLE Create and maintain a people-first culture that values development, collaboration, transparency, and open communication.Lead, coach, and support the store team to achieve people, performance, planning, and operational goals.Provide regular and effective feedback prioritizing professional development and internal progression in a respectful manner.
