About The Role

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders within the primary care environment, driving territory sales and business objectives.

You'll play a pivotal role in executing sales and marketing strategies, building strong relationships, and promoting the quality use of medicines through ethical and professional engagement. Role & Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a defined territory to achieve sales targets, including planning call cycles, meeting activity KPIs, and engaging HCPs through appointments, drop‐ins, and events
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and practice staff, expanding access to prescribers and strengthening professional networks
* Execute sales and marketing strategies, including territory business planning, account management, and performance tracking against targets
* Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and share insights to optimise territory performance and drive best practice approaches
* Commit to ongoing professional development while ensuring full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and workplace health & safety requirements
