About You
* A genuine passion for connecting with customers — uncovering their story and delivering a premium, personalised in-store experience.
* Confidence working in a customer-centric, KPI-driven environment (previous retail experience and POS proficiency will be highly regarded).
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to uphold exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
* A willingness to learn, take on feedback, and grow with the support of experienced retail leaders and a knowledgeable team.
* Availability to work 20–25 hours per week, with specific availability on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
