SAP Service/Customer Delivery Manager - DXC Practice for SAP
We are seeking an individual who can deliver not only amazing service to our clients, but also drive innovative business solutions that will boost our presence in the region. This is a high profile role and a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in growing their career in account delivery across Applications Managed Services. A strong technical background in either functional or technical consulting is highly advantageous. Successful candidates must hold NV1 clearance.
As The SAP SDM, The Span Of Accountabilities Encompasses
* Main point of contact for delivery related activity
* Solution leadership and delivery execution responsibility for the account
* Supporting DXC account team with service delivery definition and ongoing operational reporting
* Day to day team coordination to ensure delivery meets Service Level Agreements across the in scope SAP and non-SAP Applications
* Managing service delivery to maintain profitability, adheres to standard methodologies and generates client satisfaction and business benefits
* Delivery and/or solution responsibility for any additionally allocated changes
* Value add to presales presentations and estimation capability for any organic growth opportunities across the team
To be successful in this position you will possess the following attributes
* Project Management, Service Delivery or Delivery Lead experience and team leadership within an Enterprise Apps environment
* Service Delivery and/or Project Management theory and understanding gained through training and experience
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high performing teams
* Demonstrated ability to deliver against multiple accountabilities
* A demonstrated commitment to fostering knowledge development and sharing
* Demonstrated pre-sales capacity in terms of client engagement, presentations, solution development and the accurate scoping of work
* Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels
* Experience working with quality management approaches and techniques
* Experience working with delivery assurance policies, procedures and principles to ensure compliance.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
