CAPS Australia is on the hunt for a Trade Qualified Field Service Technician to join our high-performing Adelaide team. If you're looking for a hands-on role where you're trusted to do what you do best — with the backup of a supportive team — this is your chance to step into something solid and long-term.
You'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and the satisfaction of problem-solving on-site. Work Monday to Friday (approx. 7:30 am to 3:30 pm), with no two days the same, and everything you need provided – including a modern, fully equipped service vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing:
Preventative maintenance and servicing of air compressors and diesel generators
Diagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns at customer sites
Recommending system improvements and collaborating with internal teams
Travelling throughout Adelaide and nearby regions with daily variety
What We're Looking For:
A recognised mechanical or electrical trade qualification (e.g., Cert III in Engineering –Mechanical Trade or equivalent) – required
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Prior experience with compressors or generators (preferred but not essential)
A proactive, safety-first attitude and good communication skills
