As a Salesforce Engineer, you'll design and develop Salesforce applications that support business goals. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What You'll Do
Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
Work with stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs
Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft
Improve platform performance and automate processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
Support testing and release activities to ensure stable deployments
Provide technical support and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing
What You'll Bring
Experience in Salesforce development (ideally 5+ years) and administration (ideally 2+ years)
Skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integration methods
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II and Architect certifications (a plus)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and DevOps practices
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to support others
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams
